Michael Lombardi

Michael leads development and execution of construction strategy at our affiliate EH&N Construction Company, ensuring that projects are delivered with excellence in quality, budget, and schedule. With more than two decades of experience in design, real estate development, and executive leadership, Michael brings a well-rounded perspective to every project.

Michael oversees all facets of project delivery from early planning and budgeting through design management, permitting, construction execution, and closeout. His experience spans the multi-family residential, commercial, higher education, hospitality, and retail sectors. He is known as a partner who advances construction excellence and drives value through innovation and collaboration.

Michael holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is a licensed professional civil engineer.
